I think this is quite likely- a very low dose pill (perhaps one per week even). Certainly there are some drugs that the NHS don't have access to, due to the cost.

I have read from comments on various media outlets that not all of these cancer drugs will make the hair fall out, but, that has to be rare doesn't it, because how many people do you know who've endured that treatment (or seen in the media) lose their hair? They all do, that I have seen. Maybe a very low dose pill is the rare time it doesn't make hair fall out? From what I've read preventative treatments are often low dose pills not those toxic cocktail infusions.

True, these elites who sit in their mansions on private estates whose lives are largely unaffected by gangs of yobs, mentally unstable violent people and drug addicts, either make some things worse (by scaling back services or stirring up trouble for war) are what this planet could do better without. That did cross my mind. Find a vulnerable teenager, who perhaps takes drugs and is already unbalanced in the mind and easy to confuse and manipulate. To be fair, the Conservatives were in power for 14 years and did nothing to improve mental health and drug abuse services or build more prisons.

And let's not forget whilst we are sitting in our homes, lots of children in Gaza are being murdered, and also vulnerable adults with learning difficulties by Israelis- white people. This teenager's parents are almost certainly Christians, as Rwanda is a Christian majority country. So the Muslim card can't be played by the media. But I do agree with being sensitive about his ethnic background because racism adds fuel to fires. He'd be equally a criminal if his complexion was white. That shouldn't be a factor in deciding how "evil" he is or not. It's most likely that he's had mental health issues for some time, and given the state of the NHS, not received the support he should've got. This has been a growing problem since the 1990s when they closed down mental health hospitals and asylums. I am not excusing the lad his crimes, but it's my opinion that those who commit such violence are not right in the head (are they evil because they are mad?). Normal people don't go around knifing others in unprovoked attacks. (not talking about grabbing a knife against a violent intruder in your home to defend yourself).

Got stats for that? What about those vile incel crimes? They are almost always white men who have very violent and extreme misogynistic views towards women. They are a product of Western cultures. So although Jihadis (I assume these are who you are referring to) are also misogynists, they also commit very violent crimes to men also, especially men who do not share their extreme philosophies. There's no evidence that this lad born in Cardiff to Rwandan parents was a Jihadi. In addition, Rwanda is a Christian country, so his parents will not be Muslims. It's most likely he was a drug user or suffering from a severe mental illness. Remember, there is little provision for people with mental health issues- so many hospitals closed and not enough mental health services and professionals in the community to support them. I remember in the late 1990s when these services were scaled back, violent crimes rose.

Exactly. The murderer's ethnic background has not been stated. Very prejudiced view to assume that he's a Muslim. I live in an area of diverse ethnic groups, including Muslims. Crimes I read about, see and (and once even a victim of) are almost always committed by white yobs.
