I've an idea, put the illegal economic migrants to work picking it. Bang on. I am a small private land lord with a couple of properties out on rent. and the red tape is now insane, one property i didn't receive any rent all through the lockdown and couldn't evict them so the tenant is now in arrears for £5000 which I'm unlikely to ever see. I'm now considering as the rental agreements expire not renewing them and selling the properties and put the money into something else probably more gold.
