While the majority are still reeling from the fear and what some call the plan-demic, the global population in the developed world is supposedly plumetting due to new technology and the higher education of the childless women, currently sitting at 51 percent by the time they reach their thirties, add this together with the destruction of the family unit,and if the UN's prediction is correct, by 2050, here in the West we will be in great need of new blood stock to keep the home fires burning, immigration alone will never be able to bring numbers back to where they are sustainable, not with their current knowledge and skills level at least.

My experience with masks is from boatyards, so totally different vocation. Still under different pressures I fully agree that that disposable masks have a very limited use time depending onje individual. I appreciate that in my job the masks are really heavily battered by dust etc. Even with full face expensive 3m masks filtered right up, there would be some dust inside when removed. Worked as a technician for DuPont as well, and learned more about what masks don’t stop than what they do
Today I use a Sundstrom top of the range single or half mask for the worst situations, these are much different than the paper waste of time variant, they also have a release valve to let out the spent air, so that the user does not easily fatigue, some N 95's have this valve also which is totally useless in a medical footing.
The paper version people are using is for stopping the larger particles, everything else blast right through it with consumate ease, and in some cases a sneeze inside one can concentrate the internal pressures and project the medium to fine particles further than if it was not word at all.
What is most worrying about the paper masks is, they retain many bacteria that are often far worse than a covid virus, pheumonia being the worst killer of the older and weaker generation.

Re inhaling your own breath is not a good thing for a variety of resons.

Had to see a nurse and went free faced in to enter my details, wjhen I heard the expected "excuse me", in the righteous tone of voice the receptionists have.
"Do you have a mask?"
I just said "Nah, I'm still exempt". Without even turning around to face her and finished my data entering, then sat down. Never acknowledged even her existence.
So frigging sick of dumb rules, it grinds on me heavily.
I was a medic/military, during my many years service I worked in the wards, theatre and post op treatments, then we practiced what was known as the the"Aaseptic Technique" this was widely used across the hospital, masks and hair nets were normally worn during all theatre operations to prevent any foreign bodies form entering open wounds, often large ones, these were worn until they became wetted out on the inside, this happens at different rates with every individual, but eventually the moistire from your breath wets the material from the inside making the masks less effective, once blocked from a direct pathway the breath then pours out at the edges more as time goes on, thus not filtering the air as it would when freshly fitted, about half an hour for myself.
You could tell when the mask had reached this point, when the mask began to be drawn towards the face on inhailation, sort of like placing a plastic bag over the mouth and nose as you breathed inwards, it would be drawn towards the face and popped back out again as you breathed out, this is when they become to feel uncomfortable to the wearer and was best to change them so breathing was easier.
We also wore them during wound dressing at the post op care level, sometimes wounds were left open to irrigate or drain, especially where burns were found,
We also did trials where we worn no masks post op treatments and the post op infections remained the same as before, in such roles we were also tested regulary.
If we were found to be infected we would not be allowed to work in any sensitive areas and told to stay off work if very ill and snotty until another test showed the all clear, they were also loking for bacterial entities which were commonly found inside masks that were tested.
The whole paradigm has changed and certain techniques are no longer practiced like we were trained to use back in the early eighties, and why so many new bugs are being found that get through what were really good practices, using the propper Aseptic Techniques.

The fear of the unknown has been running through the minds of men since we began to question the world in which we resided, no matter the climb one found ones self, when natural phenomenon change and was unkind to us, this alone gave certain signs that weather and its varying were indeed seasonal and sometimes chaotic, eventually we gave the task of changing climates and future problems to the shaman/observers amongst us.
Then something wonderful and even more terrible happened to our minds, we became alone amongst the animals and were taught to fear nature and death that often went together hand in hand and a new order was born, an order and god like creature that is still in vogue today.
In this talk by Thomas Sheridan he explains how we were all taught to fear death itself and where such fears eminated, probably after natural dissasters all over the world.
I really could be that simple.

The Committee of 300 is
a product of the British East India Company’s Council of 300. The East
India Company was chartered by the British royal family in 1600. It made
vast fortunes in the opium drug trade with China and became the largest
company on earth in its time. Today, through many powerful alliances,
the Committee of 300 rules the world and is the driving force
behind the criminal agenda to create a “New World Order”, under a
“Totalitarian Global Government”.
There is no need to use “they” or “the enemy” except as shorthand. We
know who “they”, the enemy, is. The Committee of 300 with its
“aristocracy”, its ownership of the U.S. Federal Reserve banking system,
insurance companies, giant corporations, foundations, communications
networks, presided over by a hierarchy of conspirators-this is the
enemy. Secret societies exist by deception.
Each is a hierarchy with an inner circle at the top, who deceives those

Not sure if there is a thread regards tools for survival so here goes.
As a 3D CAD and engineer I have made myself a sellection of catapult slingshot rifles that can be used for target practice or for gaining small game for the table, here is one I have just completed.
It can launch round ammo/steel balls or arrows, the balls/10.00mm also pass through the same hole in the arrow whisker rest so you can change from one to the other in seconds, it has a red dot sight set for 30 yards in old money and is very light, the bands can also be changed in seconds if needed.
One can also used round pebbles if needed, the ideal quiet tool for foraging food and for pleasure.
