Spy Satellites can find anyone anywhere by looking at their cast shadow-silhouette, shoulder width, hairdo, gait, walking speed and so forth. You could be walking in a crowd of 500 in Leicester Square, Times Square or central Barcelona. A supercomputer being fed satellite video of the area will find you in that crowd. No smart-tag needed.
