Police are still searching for the suspect and have identified 22-year-old Robert E. Crimo III, who is being sought for his "alleged involvement" in the shooting, the FBI said on Monday evening. He's considered armed and dangerous, officials say, and a manhunt is underway to find him. The suspect appeared to be shooting from a rooftop, authorities said, and a "high-powered rifle” has been recovered from the scene. Residents in the area of the shooting are being advised to shelter in place. The city is located about 25 miles north of Chicago
