Here's what I do in the morning when I feel a bit rough and it's in the morning you notice that ill feeling the most, sit on the bed and hyper ventilate until you go dizzy, wait for the dizzyness to wear off, if you still feel rough go back to bed, by doing this you increase your O2 levels which helps to eliminate the anaerobes, freeing up resources to fight off the real infection, it's NOT A CURE but it helps and air is free, it's an old Japanese trick.
