cars driving around with 999 in the number plate is not uncommon ... how have you tested your belief that they only have these plates to some how harass YOU and what alternative explanations have you eliminated ... because you don't want to hold onto a false belief because they can claim you are delusional with it .....trying to prove your "not mentally ill" or "not delusional" because you are "gangstalked" does not work ...and generally proves to mental health works that YOU are and you have no insight into your mental illness and need immediate treatment also, you can't prove a negative ....so trying to prove you are "not mental ill" by using "gangstalking" which is seen as a false belief by society and the system is a dumb strategy ......proving that you are relativity sane , can look after yourself and that you have no intention on harming yourself others if a far better one ....
