Peter Hitchens contacted Public Health England (like any good journalist should do) and found out that from the 18th June Leicester increased its testing centres from ONE TO EIGHT CENTRES, so no wonder there was a spike in alleged cases. But nobody could answer how many of these cases needed hospitilisation and how many had no symptoms at all.

Gareth needs to be in regular contact with the mods who are trying to sort this out. Is he?
