Home Secretary Braverman has family members serving in the IDF who are destroying roads to impede the delivery of aid to Gaza and also attacking the convoys. They are also using internationally banned white phosphorus, considered an incendiary weapon under Protocol III of the Convention on the Prohibition of Use of Certain Conventional Weapons. As these crimes against humanity mount, the hysterical calls for genocide increase from the belligerent Israeli regime, using ancient Bible quotes as justification. Smite Amalek and “thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth.” That is clearly the objective of operation ‘Swords of Iron’ and "the chosen" are given impunity.

Digesting food is a very energy intensive process, most people do not realise how difficult and tiring it is on the body to digest food. That's why old people always fall asleep after eating a meal, because as you get older your energy levels, testosterone levels, growth hormone levels etc etc drop slightly. With lowered energy levels the body can't do two things at once, it can't maintain all the bodily processes and digest food at the same time, so the processes are shut down by falling asleep, and all the energy is used on digesting food. That's how energy intensive the digestive process is. Very very energy intensive.
Exercise increases the levels mentioned above, not weight training, cardio based exercises like long walks, jogging etc
A firm believer in fasting myself,only eat once a day and occasionally go 7 days without eating.
The notion that we need to eat 3 times a day is another scam foisted upon a dumb population.
Obviously if you work in a highly intensive physical jobs more calories are required but lets be honest the vast majority sit at a computer all day not burning calories but eat 3 times a day,plus snacking.

Two years ago a lemsip and loads of vitamin C would have sorted them out in a day or two and they wouldn't have given it a second thought.

A nasty dry cough, sniffles and a thumping headache. Burning muscle pain. And, if you didn’t feel miserable enough, everything you eat tastes like dust. It’s a list of symptoms the British public have become all too familiar with over the past 18 months – classic Covid. Or is it?
A fortnight ago, Mail on Sunday columnist Sarah Vine wrote about how she had been battling exactly this combination of ailments, but multiple tests – both the gold-standard PCR and rapid lateral flows – had come back negative.
Sarah, who had her two doses of the AstraZeneca jab at the beginning of this year, visited the Government website and ordered a gold-standard PCR test. It arrived a day later, and the result a day after that: negative. ‘I took rapid lateral flow tests too, and have continued to do so regularly,’ she says. ‘Negative, negative, negative, negative.
It's pretty simple,it's became a virus of the mind and nothing more than that.
Any one showing the majority of symptoms it's all in their heads due to the endless fear mongering from the scum msm and their cohorts.
Don't know about anyone else on here but I feel this is my time and grow stronger daily,knowing I've drawn a line in the sand and fuck the consequences.
