  4. This does sound like a bad reaction to caffeine. As already mentioned try decaf or low caffeinated coffee. I'd always encourage using your local roaster or coffee shop for beans too. You'll be drinking far better quality coffee whilst supporting independent coffee farmers, roasters and of course coffee shops.

  6. As always buy independent, buy local. The big boys will always look after themselves. I work in the beer industry, the majority of micro-breweries are doing just fine. It's the future of (independent) pubs and bars that's worrying.
