You’re right, as in the trade off of energy, as a certain amount of people awaken, a certain amount of people must become more retarded. That would be a True Evolution of Consciousness of mankind. But, it almost seems counterintuitive to become almost as a child within mind, somehow being evolutionary? But it is, by you still having the faculties of an adult to perceive that nature and interrelate between the mind of a child and the mind of an adult.
