The only way to win is not to play at all. The result? Less 'news' discussion on this forum. 4. Dead Internet bot-farm apocalypse: Most of the people we debate with on internet forums do not exist. They are AI-bots. They push opinions which are programmatically controlled to spread fear, confusion and division. Who wants to interact in forum-spaces where increasing numbers of users are inevitably not real? If I wanted to do that, I would sign up to Reddit. 5. Crispin Glover called out Spielberg in 2013 It is important to draw a distinction between movies Spielberg 'produced', versus those he actually directed. Crispin Glover, who co-starred in Back To The Future (1985), famously asked "Do Michael Jackson and Steven Spielberg share similar opinions about the sexuality of young boys?" and, also, "Are the inclinations of Steven Spielberg above suspicion by the media-fed culture?" This is likely on account of the integrity of cast, crew and director; Richard Donner. Spielberg was too busy to destroy all the kids' movies. At the time that The Goonies was being shot, Spielberg was preoccupied with work on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) and he was gearing-up for The Color Purple in the following year. The most intriguing thing about The Goonies, is that, although it contains mild pedophile-apologist symbolism in small amounts, overall the movie is very empowering for children. A great question. My theory is two-fold: 1. The CIA is a self-sustaining organism, similar to a bacteria.
