Really don't buy herbal extracts. The standardised doses equal a single dose to about the whole packet of tablets. Honestly, they're so dilute because they don't have to offer any actual effect and are thus not dosed effectively, just expensively. If you where to make an ethanolic extraction at home, you dose would be 25-50x times that of these herbal tablets that cost a bomb. Best make your own.. It really is a scam.

Then organise. Put time, money and effort and organise. Get out and speak to people.
