I appreciate people giving their views about the meaning and value of love in relation to the idea of everything being a simulation. I admit to not fully understanding some of the explanations, but they do show how people care about finding the truth of our existance and of life itself. “Mr H” says love is not an emotion. This suggests love is not associated with our “physical” being or physiology – ie. brain, heart, hormones, etc. - but is from outside us. Some people do seem to have felt love without it being one of the many forms of love that we usually refer to: romantic, sexual love; parents' love of their children; childrens' love of parents; love of friends, love of pets, love of music, literature, art, nature, sport, etc.; love of a lifestyle; love of God. I don't know how to find the sort of love that covers everyone and everything but is not from my physical being. On the other hand “shabbirss” has an emotion map that shows love as illuminating emotion in the body more than any other feeling does. “78ast78dgyad” makes a valid point: “Let's say a person kills hundred of millions of people - Is this meaningless and pointless? Will it have any significance of any kind or any meaning?” This has been a troubling problem for me for a long time and is a key issue in my trying to make sense of life and love: Obviously, it must have significance and it concerns me in regard to treatment of humans (especially in such cases as the Holocaust and similar horrors) and to treatment of animals (factory farms, abattoirs, vivisection, and many other forms of cruelty). But if humans and other beings are not real, physical entities and it is all a dream ,does this make our empathy and sympathy just the result of mistaken imagination? I can't accept suffering to be unimportant and I can't accept that all beings are not physical. If we are just an experience of a higher awareness, why do we need the complex biological makeup of brain, heart, digestive system, DNA. chromosomes, genes and so on. Why are we conceived from sperm and eggs, instead of just appearing to exist (as in a dream), and when we die, why does our body not disappear instead of decomposing by other biological processes? Is our dead body still an experience of a higher awareness? Also, with regard to animals, which seem to be largely ignored in this explanation of life, are they deemed to be just a part of the simulation or do they have a similar existancs to ourselves? I would say the latter, considering they have the same biological processes and needs (in birth, life and death) as humans do. So, do they too have a higher awareness that is experiencing an imaginary life on Earth? That DNA shows a connection between species, including the great apes sharing 98% of human DNA, must have relevance to the close connection between humans and animals.

Has David Icke played a part -- whether consciously or inadvertently -- in promoting anti-Israel bias over the years? Based on his writings alone, I think it's safe to say that he has; a man who has even been known to cite Al-Jazeera -- that exceptionally biased propaganda machine -- as if it were a credible and reliable news source. Granted, Icke will often use the couched term Zionism when speaking of Israel, perhaps as a euphemistic way of communicating where it is he stands on the Israel-Palestine decades-long conflict. Funny then, that in one of his recent videocasts, in the context of discussing the current Israel-Hamas situation, he encourages viewers not to take sides in this divisive, polarizing debate. Now, we mustn't. How convenient. To a large degree, at least in theory anyway, I would agree with this level-headed and circumspect sentiment. The globalists, after all, are the ones pulling the strings (just as banking cartels fund both sides of wars and make a hefty profit from their dual financing), and just as in the U.S. the Deep State controls both major political parties. On one level, then, this neutrality-encouraging sentiment is so very true, and I would even take it one step further and add that it's the 'principalities' of whom peoples and nations are ultimately under the control of, and the force of which operates behind the scenes of territorial/religious conflicts of this magnitude and nature. Why, these 'rulers of the air' are probably munching on popcorn at this very moment and loving every minute watching both sides duke it out. Elsewhere in this videocast, after noting how distracting (meaning, I think, divisive) a force politics can be, at one point he slips in the passing -- and quite outlandish -- remark of how Israel funded into being Hamas. Why use the term 'Israel' if what you really mean are those who control Israel? Is this also not an example of Icke expressing a political opinion, and doesn't this only serve to add to the anti-Israel bias of so many who tune in to his videocast? So according to this 'logic,' Israel is to be blamed for Hamas too! The point of this post is not to point out how two communist superpowers -- in Russia and China -- side with Palestine, nor to get into a debate as to the origins of Hamas, but suffice to say Hamas bears all the characteristics of exported (anti-Western) Wahhabism and thus it should be of no surprise that this terrorist organization has been in large part funded by the Saudis. Yes, Saudi Arabia (not Israel), where mere secularism is considered a form of 'aggression' against Islam. Never mind, also, that Hamas are rejectionists, who would like very much to see the Nation of Israel erased from the world map (as it is being reported China has done on paper), so how can it be that Israel would want to fund their arguably number-one enemy? We are not to take sides, like Icke who over the past two decades has written and spoken very little if nothing of the countless atrocities and human rights abuses committed by other Middle Eastern lands surrounding Israel, all the while railing against Israel/Zionism almost continually, and whose vocal (and on the surface, one-sided) geopolitical position has doubtless been a huge influence on the minds of many among his most passionate admirers. So it is that to some degree, it seems, even the most subterranean of Red Pillers is political on a five-sense or superficial level -- whether consciously or unknowingly. And with that said, allow me to be upfront and say that I am pro-Israel.
