you need to be very careful with this kind of chat.

 

I have already told you that i don't believe in change through protests. I agree that protests serve a purpose through building solidarity and positivity but imo that has to be translated into pro-active action WITHIN SOMEONES LIFE regarding how they spend their money, how they make a living, who they support and don't support, rejecting smart tech, rejecting the mainstream media, embracing the independent media, withdrawing money from all the banks that were involved in the 2008 crisis and so on

 

But talk of redirecting marches is very dangerous because as we have seen with the capitol hill storming in the US this ultimately benefits the bad guys who will then portray the vast majority of peaceful activists as 'domestic terrorists' thereby giving them justification to further stamp down on peoples basic rights by expanding the state further into everyones lives.

 

Lets say hypothetically speaking that you redirected the march to the parliament and whipped people up into storming the building. In the argy-bargy some police would likely be injured and then you get inside and then what? You don't want to trash the place as it is part of our national heritage so you lounge around in the inner chamber taking irreverent selfies with your feet up which will later be used to incriminate you. The politicians escape down tunnels and the armed police create a blockade where they say 'we hold them here, here and no further' and then they shoot the first person that attempts to cross that barricade and that's where the whole thing halts. Everyone leaves, the politicians return and its business as usual.

 

Then in the ensuing weeks we see the terrible fall out of what was in the end a pointless exercise as the law then pursues the people involved and new laws are passed to clamp down on those dangerous 'domestic terrorists' peddling all their truth

 

If you want change then BE the change in your life. Yes march and protest to help build a sense of momentum in the public mind but don't give the state the ammunition to stamp on you even more by breaking laws and rioting. Be sensible

 

peaceful non-compliance is the key. They want you to own a smart phone and download various apps so don't. They want you to take their jabs so don't. They want you to tell them to join facebook and tell them all your personal info so don't. They want you to bank with their banks, so don't. They want you to eat at their restaurants, drink their fizzy drinks and buy and use all of their corporate products so as far as possible DON'T. They want you to vote for their politicians so don't. They want you to listen to their media so listen to the independent media instead. They want you to install a smart meter so don't. etc etc etc

 

If enough people change their behaviours like this THE WORLD CHANGES. Otherwise you are complicit in their beast system. With every pound you spend in their system you give it more power....you feed the beast

ah, I think you got the wrong end of the stick.

I didn't mean "go for violence". That again doesn't change anything, if else worse.

What I meant was that more of either legal route, concerted action in that sort of way.

For example, the behaviour of pigs have been absolutely appalling. May be it's time that all 1 million people stop paying a portion of the council tax and that could be a solution. I certainly wasn't helped by them when I needed help a number of times so why should I pay for it?
