Does anyone else think that Kings X isn’t the best location to choose ?

That's what I was thinking.

Kings X is equipped with facial recognition cctv. *doh*

I don't know if King's Cross is a good idea or not. At least some people are trying to think differently though. It's usually so cliched, with folks turning up to a peaceful protest in high spirits and then only finding themselves in the lion's den. How about, after everyone gets there, the word goes out to take the Underground to another mainline train station instead? 'Please kindly pass the message on to any stragglers Mr. Constable.' It would be quite funny. 🙂

P.S. Some M.P.'s might also be spotted, while out and about looking for badgers. Sign them up to the cause too.

If that was done, then don't make a decision as to where you will next head off to, until you are actually at King's Cross. Foreknowledge, in terms of unfriendly parties, would then be a logical impossibility. As a general concept relating to peaceful protests, I am not just talking about mainline London train stations here, I think that should be the rule of thumb. Always meet up somewhere and only then decide where you are going to move on to.

Bravo Basket. The protestors are running rings around the police, without being kettled atm.

I'm watching the Subject Access thread. He jumped in a cab from Parliament Square to Speakers Corners, where

the police tried to break it all up, but failed.🙂

Now they are marching down Oxford Street.

Personally, I would take some good, honest chaos, non-PTB chaos, over kettling any day of the week. I had another thought. If peaceful protesters do decide to initially gather at one location in the future, so as to subsequently move on to another location, then they can just keep on moving between the two locations non-stop. The copidiots will be following the protesters, thinking they are trying to throw them off the scent, but in reality the non-stop moving between the two locations will actually be the march. Everyone will then go home and the copidiots will be left at the scene, while scratching their heads, wondering when the protest is going to start. Detailed instruction guide below.
