religious Fleur shirt

I thought this was interesting. I was born into the Mormon church and have had run ins with it all my life. Most, even their own members have no clue what really goes on. My current mate is not Mormon but has a Mormon sister who married high into the church. He recently came back from visiting his relatives and his sister gave him this shirt. It's very fine Indian cotton. I don't know where the shirt came from. Could have been the mall for all I know. I still hav'nt deciphered all of the writing yet, it took half the day to get my scanner to work, but what you can read is very interesting considering it's brandishing a big Fleur de lis over the writing. Anyone else ever seen one of these and know who's making it ?
