Friend of mine gave me a bag of VC. Andrews books years ago. Only read one, browsed the rest. Seem to be about incest family in West Virginia.

Yes she ended up writing more than 10 in that series I think. It's quite dark in places, but not entirely about incest, though it features a lot in the first 2 books.
Did you draw that avatar picture? It's quite haunting.

Yes of course! :)
She reminds me of a character from a Philip K Dick novel, "Flow, my tears, the policemen said"
As in, it reminds me of the image I had of that character in my mind.

Never read any Phillip K. Dick, but this is a character I created for a video game I am working on.

What kind of game is it? Are you programming it or just artwork / design ?

Yes, I have read her books, but only the first three family saga's are written by her. she died around 1984 and the rest of the series was written by a ghostwriter. (who is terrible btw)
