Does anyone here use crystals for healing? Anyone know of any good sites/books I can get more information from? Ive been suffering from pain and tightness in my back and hips for years. No one can seem to work out why or find out how to 'knock it on the head'. Stretching helps alittle. Any info would be appreciated!
