Hi
I'm looking for guides that deal with developing mental strength which gives the ability to adapt and tolerate negative emotions, pain, or stress. Also articles that talked about the philosophy of mental strength.
Thank You.

Hi Espii, I suggest you go to your local library and borrow the book 'The Road Less Travelled' by M. Scott Peck. He has other books as well.
There will be many many authors in the same section at the library that you can read, that will help you along the way.
Happy reading!!
