I am currently on day 5 of the master cleans, and I have to say, I feel amazing!
The master cleans basically boils down to, not eating any solids for 10 days. There's alot of controversy over this, but most of the people against this detox are just uninformed and full of it. The main claim being that you don't get enough vital nutrients, which, is total crap, as I'll explain in a bit.
All you basically drink is a concoction of three things, which have all been chosen for a particular reason and fit in with your bodies needs during this fast.
The main ingredients are per serving:
2 table spoons of organic lemon juice
2 table spoons of organic maple syrup
1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (I have more than this)
You also have to endure a salt water flush in the morning. Personally, I don't find this much of a problem, but many do. I do think it's essential to the detox though.
Getting back to people thinking there isn't enough nutrients in this detox. You can have 12 servings a day, meaning you have 24 table spoons of maple syrup and 24 of organic lemon juice. Look what one table spoon of maple syrup provides (times this by 24 for your daily intake):

Nutrition Facts and Information about Lemon:
Very good amounts of copper, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorous, potassium and calcium are found in lemons. Small amounts of zinc and sodium can also be seen in lemons.
Vitamin Content:
Lemon contains excellent levels of vitamin c. It is also a good source of thiamin, vitamin c, vitamin b6, riboflavin and pantothenic acid. Lemon also contains traces of vitamin b2.
Calorie Content of Lemon:
One lemon of approximately 100 g contains 22 calories of energy.
Health Benefits of Lemon:
Most of the health benefits of lemon can be attributed to the presence Vitamin C. Lemons are good for digestion, cancer, heart diseases, arthritis, boosting immune system, diabetes, liver disorders, infections, dental care, hair care, skin care, and urinary tract infections.
And then there's Cayenne pepper, which to me, seems like a miracle herb:
http://www.cayennepepper.info/
"Cayenne pepper is very high in some key vitamins, namely vitamins A, the B vitamin complex, vitamin C, calcium, vitamin K, niaicin, iron, and the minerals potassium and manganese. It is highly beneficial for the heart and its high concentration of potassium is a key component of that benefit.
Cayenne pepper's bright red color indicates its high content of beta-carotene or specifically pro-vitamin A. Cayenne is highly regarded as "the anti-infection" vitamin as its high concentration of vitamin A is essential for epithelial tissues and mucous membranes. The body's first line of defense against invading pathogens is the health epithelial tissues and the mucous membranes that line the nasal passages, urinary tract, anus, lungs and intestinal tract."
As I have said, I am on day 5 and feel unbelievably good. I plan, once finished, to eat only raw food, fish and nuts and berries.
I would strongly recommend this to anyone!
