What is RTRRT and Claudio Zic? Repti. Astrology?

Ok, I was wondering if anyone could provide some information that I kinda just stumbled upon. I was on Facebook and looked up Reptilian groups just for the hell of it to see if many existed, and I found this one to be of some interest:

I took a look at all the stuff people had written and what not and found all sorts of things being said about Venus in Hydra, etc. I roughly had little to no idea what that means and when trying to figure it out came across what they kept calling Reptilian Astrology. What exactly is the nature of that and where might I find more information on it?

Also, the name Claudio Zic kept coming up and from what little I gather it's not an actual person. However, there are all sorts of astrological books for sale at extreme prices here:

Basically, what have I stumbled on? Anyone have information on the Reptilian astrology or what RTRRT might stand for? It must have something to do with the reptilian astrology. There's a youtube channel also designated to Claudio Zic and reptilian horoscopes:

Here I will explain - Claudio Zic happens to be a very good friend of mine, astrologer, guitar player...and genius. As any other genius he is not always comprehensive, but one thing is for sure - he is recognized and praised by his collegues - as one of the most renown among them would put it: "there are bad astrologers, good astrologers and Claudio Zic". :D
I met him 20 years ago, after he sent me my natal chart, spiced with many incredible details he couldn't possibly know about me. He often managed to knock people off their socks, with his psychic/astrology or whatever you may call those abilities. The most notorious was when he asked a guy wheather he was bitten by gorilla?? How could he possibly knew that?? People do not get bitten by gorillas quite that often. Right?
Now, about reptilian astrology - Zic claims that astrology used nowadays is not accurate in terms of real astronomy - and that this inaccuracy is set up on purpose to affects people's minds ie. to keep their thinking within reality boxes. From my point of view, the term "reptilian astrology" fits good to his theory and concept as it illustrates very well to those who are familliar with "reptilian agenda" a distinction between 'real' and 'imposed'.
Traditionally, astrology is considered and used as a majickal tool that serves not only to analize or to predict, but to initialize ie. produce certain condition using the principle 'as above so bellow'.
It is interesting as well - that Zic proclaimed that on 14th of November 2009The Age of Pegasus started - which means that old rituals of previous age (reptilian astrology!) are no longer valid - ie that humanity finally have chance from now on to express its true nature.

So, would his astrology apply to everyone and is there a way for someone who knows very little about astrology to wrap their heads around reptilian astrology? Is this for everyone, human and reptilian?

And how has he come by this knowledge? Who is he and what has been his life and education? English doesn't seem to be his first language, so I was also wondering what his origins are.

And I noticed many of his works on lulu.com are very expensive, how much would having a natal chart done cost and does he do it for just anyone?

I wouldn't have otherwise responded so quickly, but your post seems to be immediately listed in Google. Yesterday, while searching for his posts about the Age of Pegasus I stumbled upon your inquiry, considering it a little bit unusual. I believe that 'insignificant' coincidences a more important than it seems at first, therefore I'll gladly answer to any of your questions. :)
So, you are asking if reptilian astrology is for someone who knows very little about astrology. I think it doesn't make much difference, for a beginner, who only starts to learn, it is equally complicated to get a grip on any astrology system (Jotish, Western or this one, proposed by Zic). What he is doing is rather ambitious, this is why he prises his lulu books so high. He claims that constellations present in modern western astrology are fictional, and that one should look at actual, real sky to realize that star signs and planetary positions are completely different at a given moment from those presented by custom astrology. He is, of course, completely right, but redefinition of the whole system is a hell of a lot of work to be done.
However, on a personal level, he is able to produce a stunning analysis, if in right mood of doing so, and doesn't charge much. Just the usual prices. He lives in Croatia, and is an electronic engineer or something, but has dedicated his life to astrology. As I said before, a guy is a genius, and as such he is sometimes hard to understand because he often omits to explain large fractions of his thinking processes, otherwise is quite charming. :p

RTRRT is an open source Instant Magick system. Reptilian ascendants and zodiacal positions would require some initiation on your part. There are also ornithological (spell check helped here) constellations. 22 zodiacal for this planet, 16 ascendants for here and now.

The reptilian constellations are mostly zodiacal ascendants. Hydra is one. Cetus also. Reptilian and ornithological astrology partake of the Academic Zodiac. This full-scale zodiac has 22 IAU constellations. The ascendants for this age are 16. I have seen this with a lot of British artwork that has old and noble past to it. Would that be an allusion with that by any chance? A hiding of Reptilians within the royal family represented by that special coat of arms going back to the alignments of the heavens and where Hydra lies?

RATIONALE

What is the idea behind reality rendering? The premise is that in order to create

anything, one has to make space for the incoming creation first. Thus, two cars can

not share the same parking place: one disposes of the old one in order to park the

new one. One's mind needs a clear slate in order to reboot.

A term, “True Mind”, was introduced in order to account for the unspeakable

experience of one's original mind1. True Mind makes magick. It is intent2.

DEFAULT EGO3

The term stands for just any mind you might encounter. This mind is the spirit of the

world, a mind capable of worry: the binary parasite.

ACADEMIC ZODIAC

Why is astrology implied in the system4? Apart from discreating old astrological

influences5 while suggesting new ones; if astrology is to be implied in the RTRRT

system, it must be for a singular reason: the Author of the Academic Zodiac is the

inventor of the RTRRT, they are the same person6.

ASTROLOGY

Astrology made great progress as divining science but also alternatively a major

regress; depending on one's point of view. Today, more than ever, anyone is able to

divine any issue in minutes. Nevertheless, there are people who can not even tell their

own Sun-sign, given several guesses. Unfortunately, said people often consider

themselves and are in return considered as astrologers. While schoolkid, butcher and

florist will divine the date of your next marriage in minutes, the expert will waste five

minutes on booting one's computer. At best, you will hear of transits or even more

Legends circulate about him. I have witnessed one of his incredible hits. He was visiting me, and at that occasion, he murmured something vague about the neighbors, small animals, and law current problems.

I have to say that's neat. But I know so many people who occasionally reach that level of neat. Heck, I've done it myself once or twice with astrological readings. If only he'd agree to demonstrate something - but he won't. I've asked him over and over again to do the marriage-prediction thing for me. He just replies, "Yes, it's easy! The best book to start with is..." usually one of the most expensive of all.

What about the magic? Have you ever seen that done?

The Year of the Antichrist

Our calculations are based on the real sky. We of course prefer to work
with real things as opposed to models. A toy vehicle made of ebony may
be artwork as well as fun but formula 1 races are usually won by real
men in real arrows. No one would attempt a real journey in a downsized
toy car made of plastic. True, some would attempt to hilarious results.
In the case of astrology the results of such an attempt are fatal for
one's life, as one tends to identify with one's natal planets. What
good is a life in which one embraces the task of "Scorpio" while his
natal Sun is in Virgo? So-called astrological programs will do even
worse: they will suggest "Capricorn" where the ascendant is clearly
Pisces. How could that possibly be? This and worse happens all the time
in popular "astrology" as well as many other fields of life. As Steve
Wozniac affirms "People buy everything." The year of the antichrist may
be the last chance to adjust one's calculation to reality.

New Concepts in Astrology

Much as Woz and the Dummies know that DOS or Windose were never
operative systems at all, we know that you never had a zodiac proper on
this planet. The recent reformation settles for 22 IAU constellations
with the standard set of 16 eastern ascendants for the current epoch.
When you hear of Venus in Hydra or Jupiter in Ophiuchus you are in tune
with the current astronomic standards. Working with true positions is
fun since the planets finally tell you their true messages. When the
pope dies with Venus in the constellation of the devil you know that
the love of the cross is sinking into the hell of Cetus. When London
explodes with Mars in Cetus you know it's the devil working in the
underground. When you know Usama bin Liden has Moon in Orion you think
of the WTC with Moon in Orion and decline to put your complete trust in
people having Moon in Orion in their horoscopes. When you know that
Eris sets at the WTC descendant you are especially on guard with people
with Eris in Cetus on their ascendant. As a matter of fact scientific
astrology is a merciless tool in detecting the real terrorists.

Messiah

The mandate of the messiah lasts one year with Jupiter in Ophiuchus.
The planet has celebrated the entry of Jupiter into Ophiuchus with the
execution of a known Islamic dictator.

Antichrist

Why did we call 2007 the year of the antichrist? It could be called the
year of the messiah but for a couple of considerations. While Jupiter
in Ophiuchus is a regular phenomenon, Venus in Hydra is definitively a
rare event. The immense importance as afforded to Hydra from Sumer to
Christendom could not be overstressed. Everybody has seen a hero
stabbing a dragon sometimes.

Eris

Eris is in Cetus, the constellation of the devil. It will travel
through Pisces (Church), Cetus II, Aries (Holy Lamb), Perseus (Algol)
and Cemelopardalis in the centuries to come. It is important to have
the right dwarf planet in the right constellation in order to do any
serious prediction as concern the ongoing apocalypse.
