Hello Mr Lambert! I wonder if you could advise me on any websites, books, magazine etc that give information about high cholesterol..I mean an unbiased view of high cholesterol of course - I read a previous message where you mentioned that sunlight converted cholesterol to D3 and was very interested to know more. I also read another article that said the cholesterol level (200, I think?) is considered way too low, that many studies show low cholesterol being tied to high mortality, etc. I found it all fascinating and I have read a couple of articles in Italian that are very informative (http://www.tuttotrading.it/granditemi/malattie/060522mitodelcolesteroloalto.php) but I wondered if you might advise me on others just so I could have a wider range of views...?
Thanks very much!:)

It is not cholesterol that's the problem in my view. It is inflammation. If you get inflammation you will get scarring. It is to this scarring that cholesterol is able to stick to. take a plate of custard and throw it at a mirror, it will slide off. Do the same to a rough wall or surface and will stick, and harden.
Inflammation causes far more destruction to health than cholesterol.

Try Eskimo 3 and CoQ10 . give me your mail address and I will send you a paper I did on the subject shen@post.com. all the best. Mike
