Does anyone know these Symbols???

Hi All

i'm new to the forum, i thought this forum may be the ideal place to answer my query. in certain strategic points in my home town two symbols have appeared. i hope someone recognises them and can give meaning to them.

the first is a symbol always sprayed on a wall. it is only in very strategic locations that relate to the local council. it looks like this.

The second is even more interesting. someone has had manufactured/produced adhesive vinal stickers and stuck them all over the town. they are placed usually on highways assets, also belonging to the council, such as lamp post, traffic lights, sign posts etc. the stickers look like this

and they are every where, i'm talking in the thousands. so someone has spent money producing them and time installing them. most poeople would not notice them as they look like id tags for a particular highways asset, and i should say i am a highwy inspector and have informed the councils prinipal engeneer and he has in turn informed the police, but noone is willing to admit they know what they are. it's very suspicious and also very interesting.

i am from Scotland but i am now livivng in Blackpool England. the closest i could match to the 459 was this

i thought that the 459 sticker might be an inside message for the memberts of the British National Party, a racist rightwing party in the uk, as Blackpool has often hosted their annual party meeting at one of the hotels here.

or is this theory too simplistic? the scale and efort involved in placing these stickers all over the town leads me to beleive that it may be something much more sinister.

in relation to the M inside the circle i was thinking it may be an anti masonic sign. it is hidden in some real interesting locations that you're average person would not be ab;e to access.

amy more thoughts would greatly be appreciated.

If you do the maths with a 3 digit number you get 495, which is close. It's also a multiple of 9.

Not to look to much into it, but the unconscious is non-linear so it would clearly get any hidden symbolism attached to it.

Hi All

Just so you know i'm not full of $hit. Here is a picture of a 459 out on the street. And there are thousands of these positioned on lamposts to post boxes to business sign boards. i will take more pictures over the next few days to show this isn't a one off. If anyone knows what this symbol means or whom it belongs to please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The "M" one looks like an odd modern version of the Marian Cross.


Or - it might be an "Anti-Monsanto" (GM food) campaign...
