For me this is the best information and source I have come across so far, very comprehensive.
What do you guys think about it?
I could do with some help processing this information in relation to the UK if anyone has any input.
btw does anyone know the equivalent of the IRS 1099a 1099 OID forms are in the UK?

Yep Brandon is very good he knows a lot.
Have you found a UK specific source yet?
I can’t find one!
In one of his workshops he touches on people in the UK who have applied for a Social Security Number and got one effectively making the strawman part of the US Corporation.
Also sending the A4V of the birth certificate to the US treasury for deposit.
I guess you could then send the 1099's to the IRS.
However I need to look into this further we could really do with finding someone with the knowledge of Brandon in the UK.
What do you think?

I think you'll find people in the UK have received an EIN ... not SSN
Word has it there are a couple of accountants in the UK completing the 1099 process as a paid service.
However, the same words has it that no reports have come back yet as to its success or failure.

If I dont understand exactly how to file a 1099 myself and exactly what it means then I wont do it, I wouldnt advise anyone to either, so a paid service isnt recommend unless you fully aware of the process yourself.
