Apparently somewhere buried in the 2000 page Health Bill dossier is the term 'implantable device'. Can anyone shed any more light on this?

I found this extract from the Bill that someone has analysed on a forum:

Well, Well, Well,
yet another that does not understand HOW to read documents such as this. As I have pointed out a couple of times before; if you want to KNOW FOR SURE what the section you quoted REALLY says and MEANS just go to page 1004 of the Obama Health Care Bill and it will tell you in the bills OWN language just what it means.

NOW PAY ATTENTION BOYS AND GIRLS

20 ‘‘National Medical Device Registry
21 ‘‘(g)***PARAGRAPH***(1) The Secretary shall establish a national med-
ical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the
23 ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and
24 outcomes data on each device that—
25 ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and

1 ‘‘***SECTION***(B) is—
2 ‘‘(i) a class III device; or
3 ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable,
4 life-supporting, or life-sustaining.

The Obama Health care bill under Class II ( Paragraph 1, Section B) it specifically includes ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable,". Then on page 1004 it DESCRIBES what the term "data" means in paragraph 1 section B;

BOYS AND GIRLS THIS SECTION OF THE OBAMA HEALTH CARE BILL TELLS US EXACTLY WHAT THE TERM DATA MEANS IN THE BILL ( Paragraph 1, Section B) ABOVE

14 ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to in15
formation respecting a device described in paragraph (1),
16 including claims data, patient survey data, standardized
17 analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of
18 data from disparate data environments, electronic health
19 records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the
20 Secretary.

NOW PAY ATTENTION, HERE IS THE POP QUIZ

Q. What does the term "data" mean as described in Paragraph 1 above?

A. claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.

Q. What does the FDA classify the VeriChip as?

A. a class II device that is implantable

Q. By passing the Obama Health Care Bill will the government LEGALLY be able to implant micro-chips in Americans that may contain claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary?

A. YES!

ok ok. i saw this a long time ago...

1- It doesnt say that everyone under this bill will be forced to have one of these- i see that no where.

2- could this not just be a more advanced type of pace-maker or other device?

3- Even IF this is in the bill- and by some weird chance they made this mandatory- most of the population wouldnt stand for it- Especially anyone whos familiar with the mark of the beast. So if they are pushing this on us- i dont think we have to worry about it until its HERE. Then when its here- itll be pushed out faster then it came in. Just be on your toes.

True, especially considering the popularity of the swine flu vaccine? But they'll try and do it by stealth one way or another. Like you said, let's not jump to conclusions but certainly let's be vigilant.
