L.A. chemtrail situation

I think I've figured out what they're doing chemtrail-wise in L.A., at least from
what I've seen. It appears to be primarily weather control with the purpose of
creating a drought.

When the recent warm summer weather began here the chemtrails abruptly
stopped. We had about 2 months or more with hardly any trails at all. I only
saw them a few times and that was only when there were some cloud systems
moving in and the chemtrails were laid down near the clouds and in their path
of movement. The clouds would then be gone a short while later.

Los Angeles rarely gets any rain in the summer so it would follow that there
would be no need for chemtrails during that period if their purpose was to
prevent rainfall. And, it would also fit my "conspiracy theory" that the few
times I saw chemtrails was when cloud systems were approaching.

We had very, very little rain last year and this year and talks of water-
rationing are already beginning. One community here that I know of has
started a water-ration plan.

Evidently there was also a federal judge who made a ruling recently to restrict
the amount of water sent to us from Northern California, a major source of
water for us in the Southern part of the state. No reason was given for this
ruling that I could find.

So, I gather the plan is to create a drought here. Why? I don't know. I heard
Governor Arnie say recently that California would have big fires burning all year
round. It seemed a weird thing to say and he said it more like a promise than
a prediction.

I guess they're also creating various weather problems for different parts of the
country. Some areas have had bad flooding I know.

Anyway, that's the way it looks to me.

I've seen EXACTLY the same thing happening where I live graf......they created a massive drought for the Mary Valley, a food growing area of our state where they want to build a dam to provide water for the city of Brisbane. The locals were not keen on this idea (obviously) so they created a drought to make the land almost worthless so the farmers would sell up and be glad to get out. Of course the land value had decressed due to the drought, so the government was/is buying up cheap.

But then people began to notice, and were saying...."well if there's no annual rain happening in this area anymore, why the hell are you going to build a dam with the hope of supplying a city anyway?

Then low and behold, a miracle happens....we begin seeing a different type of chemtrail....one that accumulates cloud! With a bit of help from our friends on the other end of the scalar technology (being experimented with in this country), voila!.... we have rain causing flooding for 3 straight and nights.....and a week later more rain. The river is again full. See? The dam was a good idea after all!!! :cool:

They have the technology to control peoples lives ANY WAY THEY WANT now....using weather as a weapon makes good sense to them, and its a pretty simple and effective weapon which you can get away with day after day because the locals never bother to even look up anymore :cool:

Im in London and when I left the house earlier the chemtrails were everywhere. Crossed over each other, curved, a letter "A". I took some pics.
My home internet is down at the mo, i'm typing this at work. If this topic is still around when I get my connection fixed I'll post 'em.

yes, i am south from you some 65 miles (Orange County)

I had figured this one out more than year ago, but i knew for sure that PTBs are using weather as a weapon when last winter in Canada turned out to be extremely mild with no snow.

what made me realise this is as follows.
I picked up a friend from LAX and he was dumbfound that winter in Toronto was so unusually mild, they did not even have the snow! He lived there some 7 years ago and he could not believe the change.

As we drove back to Orange county i wondered who will get that cold weather? sure thing -- a few days later middle California got super cold weather and many of small avocadoes farms were hit hard and much of the crop was destroyed. I just knew it, as I knew that basically what PTBs are doing is "moving the weather" , that is they can move humidity to area that is under heavy rain and create torrential floods. they have done this in my area too -- it is if the skies would open and buckets of water would pour on ground. this created flash floods.

i noticed that this usually happened after many days of chemtrailing when skies would be brownish black indicating heavy barrium saturation.
then, as someone pushed the button - the skies would open up like in time of Noah.

conversely, they could use the different mix of chemtrails that are sprayed at night (as they are doing now) in conjunction with scalars to gradually superheat the atmosphere. then, at "right time" they can start chemtrailing other areas and with scalars they can push superheated air to the "target area" -- your area.

all they have to do is create instability in a point where 2 or 3 weather fronts are meeting and drive the weather in desired direction.
they have done it this year, and they also done it last year.
like you said -- days before that they would stop chemtrailing the target area.

i also noticed that heavy chemtrailing of California can be used to collect all of the moisture over the Pacific coast and then "transport" this moisture that is trapped in clouds to say Texas, and unleash a few days later making flash floods in Texas.

let's not forget HAARP or satellite energy (via directed radio 'lens') has something to do with this new phenomena of forest fires.

so, the big boys are weathermancing and using their tech against us, that is for sure.

maybe that is why Governator said that California would have big fires burning all year, because he is let in on the secret.
He should know, when he was inaugurated fires in California burned all over the place.

wow! i am actually not surprised, but it is still amazing that someone who is thousands miles away is exposed to the same crimes against nature and crimes against humanity.

It's now pouring rain in L.A.! There's even a flood advisory!

The chemtrails were out in force the last few days (you could see them above
the clouds through the occasional opening) but they couldn't stop the badly
needed rain.

And, it never rains in September in L.A.!

This should be a setback for the drought plans.
