My GAWD! I'm watching this video for my company, right.

Huge corporation I work, they like to get the employees motivated to work. But as I'm watching this, they've got these managers on there talking with the CEO. HEAR THIS SHIT! One of them, sitting there says to the boss:

"When I work for a company like [name taken away], it's the core of my identity."

WTF?! God I want to vomit from the shit these people are emitting!

You work! Fucking incrediable! You need to make it your identity?! You must not have much of a social life, do you now? TWATS!

You've got to feel sorry for people like that really. They'll be nothing when they retire/get made redundant. The fools!

My job's ok but it certainly doesn't define who I am in any way whatsoever. I like the people I work with and the money pays the bills etc. The higher up the 'career ladder' you go, the more you have to lose yourself and swallow the bullsh*t.

I stay in touch with an ex girl friend of mine through emails (opposite sides of the globe).. anyway she's artistic like me. She's been coupled with a guy for years and now married for two years and they are splitting up. Its unbelievable how much of there lives some people are willing to devote to software manuals, tech specs, qoutas, lectures, graphs, schdules, etc.

unfuckin believable. This guys misses is leaving and his head is so far up the corporate hole he can't listen to his own wife who is practically dieing of loneliness in his kitchen.

She met him when the three of us were on a course 10 years ago, we all used to go out for pints on fridays and I would dread being cornered by him because it would be hours of blah blah blah about updates and downloads and patches and bugs and shite. I'd end up saying, put the fuckin manual down its friday fuck off.

I actually get quite allot of that when I'm takling about stuff we discuss on the forum. I'm told to shut up and relax. But I can't, this shit is way more important to me than a fucking pint. This is my soul we're talking about here.
