A little-known loophole in UK company law is being used by Tony Blair (http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/tonyblair) to keep his finances secret, the Guardian can disclose.

Blair would normally have to publish company accounts detailing the millions flowing into his various commercial ventures since he stepped down from office in 2007.

But he has set up a complicated artificial structure which avoids the normal rule. In effect, he is getting the benefits of running a British company without the drawbacks of unwelcome publicity.

His main vehicle is a so-called limited partnership, christened Windrush Ventures No 3 LP.

Thanks to a gap in the Whitehall regulations, this entity is not required to publish any accounts. Such partnerships must normally disclose figures, or face criminal penalties.

Blair sidestepped the rules by inserting a second partnership as one of the notional partners, in a way the regulations do not cover.

This second partnership, Windrush Ventures No 2 LLP, is a so-called limited liability partnership, a type of entity only invented in 2000, which the rules have not been updated to mention.

The LLP in turn controls Blair's operating company, called Windrush Ventures Ltd, which runs his Mayfair office in Grosvenor Square.

The perfectly legal structures Blair has set up (http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/graphic/2009/dec/01/where-does-tony-blair-money-go) to achieve secrecy are so complicated that they have previously baffled analysts.

Set up to obfuscate the mechanical rights and other IP royaltys that he has crookedly obtained by bugging people such as myself. I did notice a while ago that either Cameron or Mandelson sold some shares in an advertising company that always seemed to be the touter of my marketing ideas. This sale was conducted just after I woke up to the deception I had been subjected to and before they subsequently fell in price. I should point out that I came up with the name of Conservative future as well as the Conservative tree logo. The Obama change we can believe in mantra and the Cameron time for change. I dont know why peope doubt that these guys steal IP. You only have to look at the stolen PHD students thesis on mobile chemical weapons trailers. Which they attempted to use to justify the invasion of Iraq. Until it was exposed by the student who happened to have the original logged somewhere. I even think that this partnership of a partnership may of been my idea. When at college I was lambasted by my tutor as my essay read like it was Tony Blair speaking. A lot of it was paraphrased from some government eu white paper on technolog in education about the use of whiteboards etc. I'm digressing now. What I'm saying is that Blair hung in there to the bitter end so as to maximise the amount of mechanical rights he would end up with. Is it any wonder that these politicians are mates with the singers and muscicians and those technology bods who seem to end up with a lot of my IP. I even came up with the buying the flats in Cardif to rent out when they child was at uni there.
