Actually I think it was more like 11 seconds. Yes it takes 16 seconds but from the time the explosives went off it was atleast 5seconds to get the building going. It took 11 seconds to actually see the building start to fall from top to bottom. Much like WTC 1, 2 which was about 10 secs from top to bottom.

They should have hired an Israeli company, world leaders in demolition.

So that wasn't at almost free-fall speed then?
Only 31 stories.
Makes you wonder how both WTC fell in the same amount of time without the benefit of structure being deliberately weakened beneath it.

plus i dont think this concrete building had any steel girders in it like WTC did?
these type of building will only have reinforcement bars running through the concrete witch adds to the question, how did the WTC fall faster than a concrete building witch had admitted explosives in?
how anyone believes the official story anymore i do not know :confused:
