British Medical Journal accuses Roche of fraud, and claims that Tamiflu does nothing wrt the flu and is not even safe. Roche now claims that their Tamiflu trial data has been lost. Once again a big pharma company gets caught defrauding millions of people and violating public safety, and yet they are allowed to continue operating with impunity. Any other type of company committing these kinds of criminal acts would be shutdown and their owners put in prison.
