I'm sure most of you are aware of that 'promise' that Obama made in 2007:

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

Does anybody know if he's given a reason as to why he's not stuck to his word in this video?

I'm assuming they've found some problem that means they've got to continue this 'war'?

Politicians lie?

Seriously though, I remember hearing the same thing about Iraq a few years ago from the news.

"We will be bringing the troops home this [month]."

Followed by unexpected delays and another deadline.

Wake up people, it's never going to happen. Now I hear this about Afghanistan

"We've got to pull out some time. The government can't fund this any longer."

Money doesn't exist so war funds can't run out.

Money exists in society and if our money is exposed for what is then society will fall.

He's a pathological liar. He gets off on lying. Even American liberals are starting to figure this out.

Notes are a promise to pay a debt. Credit and debit are numbers in a computer. So what we call money has no real value. Gold has value. I think most people are aware of the situation. Money is exposed for what it is but nobody seems to care. The system is so controlled its impossible to change or break out of it. The only way 'money' will dissapear is after some major disaster on a global scale.

After speaking to some Americans I was shocked to find they believe that voting can affect their government, future, etc. Voting is the power of the people. Right. The only reason any government today encourages you to vote is so that you can be led by the illusion that you have some form of control when in fact you don't.

Professional liar, surely? Let's not waste energy on anger towards the postman cause there's a packet of dog shit on the doorstep: but debunking Obama is definitely a good way to get others to snap out of the trance (not those in this forum, but sleepyheads). I know someone smart in so many respects who is 'disappointed' that the promise we could 'bank on' (how apt) to end the wars, now accelerated, was such a u-turn but sees it as 'politically necessary' or because he 'can't do things his way', etc. No-one likes to admit they've been had, keep poking them with a stick till they see that it's not obama who's a phoney but the whole democratic system is designed to keep people fucked. what other job in the world comes with a honeymoon period (is it 100 days they talk about?) for arse-scratching?
