I see our masters have found a new way to administer their poison:

"...some medical authorities believe fluoridated salt could be damaging to health as it may encourage some people to eat more salt..."

This just adds to the mounting evidence that unveils what has long been shrouded in secrecy for decades. That there is an organized effort hidden in plain sight to poison and dumb down the masses. Fluoride targets the Pineal Gland inside your bodies, this is considered to be the most important component of the human Endocrine system. instead of me telling you what your Endocrine system does for your body, it is better for you to learn it on your own by reading up on it.

Your body needs salt

there is enough salt occuring in natural, unprocessed foods. You don't need to add more table salt.

No, there isn't. Saying that everyone gets enough salt in their food would be a a gross fabrication. Some do, some don't.

There's a reason that salt was a precious commodity in the ancient world and there's a reason that animals find and ingest salt from natural salt licks.

That is no longer true because mass scale farming has depleted the soil of trace minerals and trace elements that our bodies need to be at optimal health. I use Real Salt, and I look at it as a supplement just as much as a seasoning. The key is to not use too much of it.

Have you ever actually measured your sodium intake?

No, you do not need to add table salt to your food anymore than you need to add processed white sugar (and your body needs glucose too)

I use Celtic Sea Salt which is sun dried i don't think there is enough sodium in vegtables in todays world so i add a little salt to my juice drinks. :)
