Nice find dondaz!

There were two quotes I would love a scan of, if possible please :) ;
1. the police office one, which mentioned not serving the government, but rather that they are merely one of the citizens.
2. that magistrate one you cited twice near the end.

If not ... no worries.
You never get what you don't ask for ... eh?
:D

K.C.M.G is "Knight Commander of the order of St. Michael and St. George"...otherwise referred to as "Kindly Call Me God".

Good vid Darren; thanks. (give the guitarist a pat on the back too).

Ok Darren thanks for this.
As you know, I'm going for the Robe and the two points you cite are very useful to me as much would be Blooms but that like your book are no longer available.

So could you send me the quoted passages of CoR and the acting outside of juristicion cest vous plait? Do you know what Acts he specifically refers to or is he referring to the common law?

Does it specifically refer to a law or like Bloom is he commentating?

Cheers mate and like I said on Thinkfree good to have you back to let these bastards get you down eh?

These are the best ones I have right now. Not sure when the author died, if it's been fifty years I won't have any copyright issues at all. So if anyone knows of any freeware pdf making software, let me know & I'll scan the whole book and pdf it. After all it is in the public interest!

It's late so I'll be in tomorrow to answer a few questions.

Night folks:)

its a bit schizophrenic though because how can a claim of right oust the jurisdiction of the magistrate and at the same time its the magistrate that has to be content with the claim being made.

No actually I reverse the last remark. Thanks for replying to Yoshik. You mentioned the outside juristiction in the video. Could I see that please. Or are you ignoring me in which case I will refrain from being a tit and asking you the question.

Ok. Not going to get an answer.

So if anyone else is kind enough:-

Though the link pdf creator is useful giving i have no idea how to create a pdf.

Perhaps it would be useful if anyone else knows anyone in England who has a copy of this book or the Bloom Book Common Law could they please download it onto this pdf creator.

I've been trying unsuccessfully to get on the net.

Cheers.

Why thank you kind sir. See you do learn something every day. R

Just to stoke up a bit more. On the 16 September I was unlawfully imprisoned. Side from being swamped with nazis appearing at my door to arrest me on a daily basis for non appearance in court for failure to furnish police with my name and dob when charged with a no insurance offence (an entirely separate matter to the unlawful imprisonment, I'd like to get on with the said work of litigation against the district judge acting as a magistrate on 16 September 09 at Wirral Magistrates Court.

you can chart the blog on thinkfree whereupon you will see some fine helping hands in the plight on this matter.
The thread is called Judge v G in the Court Section.
