Do you suppose Scott Robert should go redeem that revenue receipt on the backside?

I'm sure he would if he had the balls to.

I apologize if you must register in order to view this letter from the Canadian revenue authority.

It explains that there is no actual monetary value in the birth certificate. I agree, even if many of the pocket-sized birth certificates are a revenue receipt on the back. That is because of SDR's (paper gold).

The people are without a doubt bonded chattel, but that is through endorsement of private credit. Not an account on the birth certificate.
To understand you must look at the footnote on the asset report linked there. The value of gold is earmarked at $42.22/ounce? That is the IMF Trust Fund from 1976 and the installment of the basket currencies - SDR's - Special Drawing Rights.
I suppose I am here learning how better to explain how both documents can be in the same universe legally. So please be patient.
Regards,
David Merrill.

It is a shame you've resorted to insulting me in the manner that you have as this was interesting but you are not alone in this assertion.
As ever if you think everyone is gonna ignore you you pull out a really exciting nugget and then fail to back it up.
