View Full Version : De-registering a birth (part 38)

Although there has been A LOT of discussion on here about de-registering birth certificates this is a "new" thought that came to me today:
How about our parent/informant signs a sworn affidavit that states that they were unaware that signing such a form would create a legal fiction in the name of their son/daughter and as such revoke their signature from the original document thus making it redundant.
This to me would hold more weight in law as firstly an affidavit (un-rebutted) becomes law (a lawful truth as I like to call it) and secondly it can be used by the son/daughter as a reference.

Why would they do that when you can do it yourself. Most parents would tell you to shove your Freeman views up your arse.

Errr. My parents wouldn't??? I would actually suggest MOST parents would support anything that would (potentially) free their son or daughter from slavery.
As for doing it yourself, I'm not sure you can revoke someone else's signature, but I guess you could tell the government to shove their birth certificate up their fictional arse!

I've been researching this.
My registrar has given me my certificate of the event but not the birth cert. Tried to bullshit me that they are all handed out like that these days. Absolute crap.
As I've seen new ones for new babes.
Anyway good job I kept my certs innit?
Anyway it appears the registrar pulls out a great big groaning book and in your child goes on a page signed by the one and only.
Your parents sign nothing except a copy of the fact that you went there like a good little sheep and let them know that you would be receiving benefits from the realm on behalf of your child.
So the certificate is what is signed by your parents and you keep it.
You try get them to show the copy of the book. Not a snow flake in hells chance.
She said I have to protect the confidentiality of the registrar.
Der. His name is this I'm number 460.
Erm it's private confidential. So much for labours transparency in govt depts.
Oh and same with NHS. Some things you can't see. wouldn't be good for you to know.

When I signed (under duress) recently for my son (preceded by affidavit claiming rights to any title/legal fiction) I actually signed an entry in the register, which the woman then counter signed as an accurate record (even though I had said it wasn't because his shouldn't be in capitals!).
The copy certificate I have doesn't have my signature on it, only the record in the book does (let me double check this though as I don't want to be wrong). Otherwise I might need to retract this statement :D

No you are right, the new ones just are typed, with just the registras signature(full and short). You just sign the one they keep.
Interesting thought about getting parents to revoke. Mine would no prblem, even if they disagreed. They would want a good explanation to why and would probably comment on pitfalls, but would be happy to do whatever I wanted as it is after my life and they would help in any way.
They may even want to de-resiter themselves lol

Well apparently my parents signatures are also in her big fat book. She refused to let me see it point blank and became really really hostile. Any suggestions as to how I might get to see that book would be appreciated.

You do have right of access to view the book in their presence. They should have something about how to go about it on their website. Freedom of information request do you any good here? How about mentioning contacting the standards in professional office body. Also requesting an audit be carried out. There must be loads of leverage that can be mentioned. It seems that they are obstructing you from going about your lawful business. Is that not an offence. Issue them with a charge sheet, listing the offences and the steps that will be taken if they fail to comply with a lawful request. Use it all back on them lol
