Eco terrorists burning cars in Berlin!

This the next step in the eco-war.... Acts of terror against property.

These clowns need to be stopped! I don't have a car myself, and I don't much care for smug gits who drive Ferraris, but people burning people's private property under an 'ecological' justification shows that these are very dangerous zealots who have no respect for civil rights or common law in the pursuit of their misled philosophy.

If this carries on then expect targeted assassinations on carbon hoarders (ie fat people).

More than 200 cars, mostly luxury models, have been burned in Berlin by protestors supporting leftist organisations in the German capital over the past year. The protestors would target brands like BMW and Mercedes-Benz, but a number of Volkswagen cars have also been attacked.

The protestors would mostly attack on the weekends and would even leave a note of a claim of responsibility, with most of the angst coming from ongoing urban redevelopment and gentrification.

The areas where the cars were attacked were formerly mostly blue-collar but have seen increasing gentrification and big rent increases over recent years.

Surprisingly, this is not the first time such incidents have been taking place in Berlin. Last year a total of 73 cars were burned, and a similar practice has been taking place in Last as well.

Most of the people doing this are rich kid students, who can afford not to have a car if you get what i mean. Most of the people who use cars regularly are the poor who need it to get to work.

WE didn't invent cars, if there was a better alternative, good folks would use them. Too much money made off of them, highways, gas stations.... The elite have always known of safer, and cleaner alternatives to all types of energy. They just don't offer it to us to use. We all know why.

I've never owned an automobile, by choice. But I respect someone else's right to use them. I'm comfortable with train, taxi, public transit, bike, two feet, and a heartbeat. To each their own.

Nah trust poor people don't join eco groups, when i say wealthy students, usually their parents have alot of money, and probably will pay off their student loans, however atm because they are living by themselves in some shitty campus they feel as if they can relate to the "prolerteriat" where as infact they are spoilt rich cunts just ruining a humble man's fishing rod

A reasonable Wo/man does not want to inflict any more suffering on their own lives (by nonchalantly commiting crime), let alone the lives of others, so will avoid that kind of behaviour (save for instances of desperation for their own beneficial gain, and not to the detriment of others), hence the reasoning as to why we ourselves are yet to take action, being (hopefully) honest reasonable people.

Perhaps if we took action a while back, we would be right about free by now... :(

Gentrification is not caused by the middle class, but the wealthy/affluent upperclass and developers. I just thought I would correct you because the middle class gets blamed for enough these days.
