in ourselves u can say thers a battle going on between the mind 5 senses and the heart which is connected to the one (intuition n all)

weve got to learn to balance them out use both of them mind for this reality and heart for the greater knowing hence become one most people want to spread knowledg like of what icke talks about but our mind says NO theyl think ur nuts!

but out intuition might say yh go for it itl be well worth it in the end

btw thats just an example it could be anything highnsight is a glourious thing butthe mind doest see it that way

we have been disconnected of our intuition look at it like this: when our heart was one with the mind its like being on the moon and huston gives us info about the owrld behind us while the space suit lets us experience the moon and also the mind be aware of the five sense reality but if intuition( huston) is disconnected well disaster! we start fearing n all we have also a very tunnel vision

get back in contact with huston and bam were back in power using our intuition

The Mind and Heart Need to Become One

Great topic.

IMHO, it means learning how to think with the heart and feel with the brain. Sounds weird probably but implies never leaving home with just one of the two, heart or head/mind. Never trusting just emotions, nor just logic and reason, on the expense of the other. If something doesn't 'sound' right, or doesn't 'sit' right, it often means mind, head and heart are in tune but don't agree.

Trusting both head and heart is important in freeing one's ability to discern, as a sovereign individual. Here are some examples of the opposite:

For example in groups of people there is normally an orientation towards only head or heart:

Freemasonry is all about head; intellectual wankering which they think will make them get closer to the Godhead - a classic patriarchal imbalance, and typical dominant male feature which more often than not is result-oriented. If it gets really bad people turn into sociopaths, and can hardly feel a thing anymore unless it's really twisted and bizarre.

Some religions, cults and a lot of the New Age is all about heart; feelings are said to be 'truer' than the higher faculties of mind, and so 'good, positive' feelings is encouraged at the expense of questioning and enquiring, and there is no need to think because the leader/guru will do that for you, just lean back and listen and focus on feeling love all the time - a classic subservient female feature focused on nurturing and enabling, a passive state of being and not doing. Heart on the sleeve, non-stop 'bleeding heart' and all that.

Both of those are situations imbalanced and not ideal for an adult functioning individual. The brainy strict 'laws, rules, must, do' vs the lovey-dovey 'cosy, warm, dunno, be' are polar opposites and fine to flip between when growing up -- like speaking with an old-fashioned Dad and Mum respectively and enjoying both their qualities -- but ideally, a person trying to achieve personal freedom should develop both qualities in order to have two strong legs to stand on in life. Also, a balanced person who can combine the higher faculties of mind with concern and empathy is less dangerous to his/her surroundings, yet powerful in his/her autonomy/independence. Without heart, there's no compassion. Without head, there's no co-operation, if people don't know how to act and solve problems. A time and place for everything.

Head and heart are not exclusive, they both depend on each other for survival, especially spiritual, not to mention individual freedom.

Well, that's what I've found anyway.
