In a bizarre confirmation of Labour's close links to the Libyan regime, Cherie Blair was also present.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I find the Labour close links to Rothschild even more bizarre! (But not suprising).
Someone needs to question how involved the Rothschilds are behind the scenes. Aren't there laws governing this?

Climate change scandal deepens as BBC expert claims he was sent leaked emails six weeks ago
By Carol Driver
Last updated at 11:36 AM on 26th November 2009
The controversy surrounding the global warming e-mail scandal has deepened after a BBC correspondent admitted he was sent the leaked messages more than a month before they were made public.
Paul Hudson, weather presenter and climate change expert, claims the documents allegedly sent between some of the world's leading scientists are of a direct result of an article he wrote.
In his BBC blog three days ago, Hudson said: 'I was forwarded the chain of emails on the 12th October, which are comments from some of the world's leading climate scientists written as a direct result of my article "Whatever Happened To Global Warming".'
That essay, written last month, argued that for the last 11 years there had not been an increase in global temperatures.
It also presented the arguments of sceptics who believe natural cycles control temperature and the counter-arguments of those who think it's man's actions which are warming the planet.
The leaked files - which show 4,000 documents which have allegedly been sent by scientists over the past 13 years - were apparently taken from servers at the University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit, which is a world-renowned centre focused on studying climate change.
They were then uploaded on to a Russian server before being published on a blog called Air Vent.
The e-mails apparently show researchers discussing how to 'spin' climate data and how that information should be presented to the media.
In his blog for BBC Look North, Hudson added: 'The e-mails released on the internet as a result of CRU being hacked into are identical to the ones I was forwarded and read at the time and so, as far as l can see, they are authentic.'
He also publishes a link to the messages which global warming sceptics claim provide 'smoking gun' evidence that some scientists talked about manipulated data to support the theory that climate change is being caused by mankind.

'He should quit': Environmental campaigner George Monbiot (left) says Professor Phil Jones, who is at the centre of the scandal, should resign
However, Hudson does not explain why he sat on the controversial information for so long, but added: 'I do intend to write a blog regarding the CRU being hacked into, and the possible implications of this very serious affair.'
The leak comes ahead of inter-governmental talks in Copenhagen next month which campaigners have argued is a last opportunity to prevent irreversible climate change.
Former Chancellor Lord Lawson has called for an inquiry into the scandal, warning the credibility of UK science is at stake.
It comes amid pressure on the professor at the centre of the scandal to quit from his position at the CRU.
In one damning email, he appears to call the death of a climate change sceptic 'cheering news!'.
In other messages, researchers appear to be discussing manipulating data and how to dodge Freedom Of Information requests.
Another shows a climatologist from the U.S. admitting it was a travesty that the lack of global warming in recent years could not be explained.
George Monbiot, a leading environmentalist, said he was convinced the emails were genuine, adding: 'I'm dismayed and deeply shaken.
'There are some messages that require no spin to make them look bad.
'The head of the unit, Phil Jones, should now resign. Some of the data discussed in the emails should be re-analysed.'
However, Professor Jones yesteday told the Telegraph he stands by his findings.
He called any conspiracy to manipulate climate data to support the theory of man-made global warming 'complete rubbish'.
'The facts speak for themselves, there is no need for anyone to manipulate them,' he added.
When posted on the internet, the emails were accompanied by the anonymous statement: 'We feel that climate science is, in the current situation, too important to be kept under wraps.
'We hereby release a random selection of correspondence, code and documents.
'Hopefully it will give some insight into the science and the people behind it.'
A spokesman for the University of East Anglia said: 'We are aware that information from a server used for research information in one area of the university has been made available on public websites.
'Because of the volume of this information we cannot currently confirm that all this material is genuine.
'We are undertaking a thorough internal investigation and have involved the police in this inquiry.'
Paul Hudson was unavailable for comment.

Monbiot is no scientist - and an outspoken critic of 911 truthers (shocking some easily duped) - and of course, well you know the rest...
...and what's that other one Nigel Lawson got to do with it? See them set up their own people all around the arguments

A combination of global warming and the El Niņo weather system is set to make 2007 the warmest year on record with far-reaching consequences for the planet, one of Britain's leading climate experts has warned.
As the new year was ushered in with stormy conditions across the UK, the forecast for the next 12 months is of extreme global weather patterns which could bring drought to Indonesia and leave California under a deluge.

The warning, from Professor Phil Jones, director of the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia, was one of four sobering predictions from senior scientists and forecasters that 2007 will be a crucial year for determining the response to global warming and its effect on humanity.
Professor Jones said the long-term trend of global warming - already blamed for bringing drought to the Horn of Africa and melting the Arctic ice shelf - is set to be exacerbated by the arrival of El Niņo, the phenomenon caused by above-average sea temperatures in the Pacific.

I am the Director of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) and a Professor in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. I am principally known for the time series of hemispheric and global surface temperatures, which I update on a monthly basis. I have numerous research papers over the last 25 years. I have been a fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society since 1992 and was on the Editorial Committee of the International Journal of Climatology until 1995. I am currently on the editorial board of Climatic Change. I am an elected member of Academia Europaea since 1998.
I was jointly awarded the Hugh Robert Mill Medal in 1995 by the Royal Meteorological Society for work on UK Rainfall Variability, and in 1997 the Outstanding Scientific Paper Award by the Environmental Research Laboratories / NOAA for being a coauthor on the paper "A search for Human Influences on the Thermal Structure of the Atmosphere," by Ben Santer et al. in Nature, 382, 39-46 (1996). More recently I was awarded the first Hans Oesschger Medal from the European Geophysical Society (now the European Geosciences Union) in 2002 and the International Journal of Climatology prize of the Royal Meteoological Society for papers published in the last five years, also in 2002. I am recognised as one of the top 0.5% of highly-cited researchers in the Geosciences field by the ISI (the institute in the US that maintains the Web of Science, where publications and citations are monitored. I was made (2006) a fellow of the American Meteorological Society and was a awarded a Reviewer's Award by the American Geophysical Union (AGU) the same year. In 2009 I have also been made a fellow by the AGU.

The comments section is worth a read...
Lord Mandelson has infuriated families of the Lockerbie bombing victims by attending a shooting party with Colonel Gaddafi's son.
The Business Secretary and Saif Gaddafi were guests of billionaire financier Lord Rothschild and his son Nat at the family mansion in Buckinghamshire.
In a bizarre confirmation of Labour's close links to the Libyan regime, Cherie Blair was also present.
The gathering came after the controversial release of Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset al Megrahi, who was flown home by Saif Gaddafi to a hero's welcome in August.
Megrahi, who has prostate cancer, was released from a Scottish jail after being given just three months to live.
His continued survival, however, more than three months later has renewed claims that his release was cynically engineered to placate the Gaddafi regime and protect lucrative oil contracts with Tripoli.
Details of the shooting party at Lord Rothschild's French chateau-style Waddesdon Manor estate, near Aylesbury, are revealed today by Spectator magazine columnist Charles Moore.
He writes: 'A shoot was taking place, though not all the party were shooting. As well as Lord Rothschild and his son Nat, the unofficial deputy prime minister, Lord Mandelson, was there, and also Lord Rothschild's country neighbour, Cherie Blair.

It was ever thus;

A rare colour image of King Edward VII taking a breather during a stroll through a Scottish estate in full Highland costume in the autumn of 1909. Recently discovered in the home of the banker Lionel de Rothschild, who took the photo, the image of the King was taken on one of the banker's regular trips to Scotland for the autumn grouse season, at Tulchan in Strathspey, 15 miles from Balmoral. Rothschild was an enthusiastic amateur photographer who experimented in taking colour pictures, called autochromes, and went about perfecting the new process. Eight months after it was taken, Edward died and George V took ascended the throne.

Waddesdon Manor was built for Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild (1839-98). In 1874 he purchased the Waddesdon and Winchendon estates from the Duke of Marlborough. Rothschild wanted a French-style Chateau (although the house is in Buckinghamshire!). The French architect employed was Gabriel-Hippolyte Destailleur.

It must be enough to pay the rent. If you or I started a political party based on similar views of the Daily Mail (and the Express), it would be the first to tear us apart. Look at Littlejohn and Hitchens. They just moan without offering a solution. The 'conservative' press is just encouraging political onanism - some relief from the frustration caused by Bliar and Brown.
