Either this is a complete fake, and another local attempt by media to raise interest for paranormal(its getting pretty crazy), or the tv analyst guy was completely stumped by an actual ufo sighting, when in reality he was hoping to just make fun of a crazy guy in LV.

Prophet Yahweh is a con-artist who makes his living by conning gullible UFO chasers. Occasionally, in front of media cameras, he is able to summon UFOs which appear in the form of small helium-filled balloons far in the distance. Other than that, he has failed in all of his other attempts to summon balloons--oops, I mean UFOs--at close range.

Back in 2005, Prophet claimed that UFOs would appear in all 50 states of the USA "for the news media to film and photograph" (Link (http://www.ufodigest.com/yahweh.html)), but the UFOs were a no-show. Unfortunately, these facts have proved to be only a minor inconvenience for the fraudster, who still enjoys a lucrative career of balloon-summoning for credulous UFO chasers.
