Supposing Blair has been found guilty and you are appointed as the executioner.
You have any means necessary, no expense spared, to carry out the execution, you can be as cruel and unusual as you wish...

Some DU on his breakfast bagel? seriously...I would allow the ghosts of all the children he indirectly incinerated to decide his fate....and of course the children would show clemency.

I would make it as mercyfull as i could, quick and fast and let the fates deal out a worthy punishment at their leisure.
Who are we, any of us, to decide a persons pain, even when weighed against the pain and suffering that person has metered out?
What dues are to be levied is not an account any of us can oversee.
