Any insights. My view now is to sue the police. Nothing else for it is there. Though I'm not sharing this for sensationalism, I'm sharing out of upset, and I doubt very much as though that little shit will admit that he said that when push comes to the shove.

He sent the property company three C.A's honour, dishonour with opportunity, dishonor.
At that point he was invited into court. He asked for 1/2 an hour she gave him 5 minutes and gave it to the banksters. I came to the court and asked for her bar number. I was refused. I demanded to see a higher judge. This was granted. Unfortunately everything now will be left in the house including his computer which they will steal and keep from him.
If he goes back into get his stuff they will arrest him and charge him for break and entry. That's what they've done to someone in Oz and many in England and Scotland I took her file.

I get her full name and name her in the Affadavit of Obligation to the Building society the onus on them that Sylvia Pollard is a certified judge fit to hold this case (she also refuses an appeal in the paper work I stole but negates to tell him this) She writes:' He thinks he's got some sort of juristiction to stay in his house and on that basis I'm refusing appeal'.
she issues and unsigned warrant (it just has a court stamp) that gives possession.
We ask the higher judge he says that's the way it is they don't have to sign warrants. (This is informal, he is helping us, so we don't push the issue).

So the lien is sitting there.
all it needs now for him to do is send the Certificate of Completion and notify the land registery.

He goes to court yesterday requesting to serve papers on the judge in chambers trying to prevent the warrant from being executed he had 28 days to get out. They refuse to see him hiding behind a manager who puts on a 'I hate you front'.
He goes to court today. The same.
He rings me. I tell him to ring the police to tell them not to come.
He does this and sure enough the police don't arrive.
He goes to court again and this time they agree to see him. It's around the time of the warrant exectution. He smells a rat and goes home. He's right to.

the bailiff and locksmith arrive at the appointed warrant time.
The locksmiths just starts drilling the locks.
He rings me (this is where I feel guilty) I tell him to ring the police saying there is a breaking and entry.
They take 20 minutes to come. The locksmith is in by now and ready to go through the main door. He has already smashed through a security gate.
The bailiff says to the policeman hurry up we are paying the locksmith by the hour.
they refuse to budge saying the warrant is not
they all state to the Policeman that this is not a warrant that is lawful. He explains his lawful rights.
The policeman says he is calling for back up and he is going to round the whole family up and drag them into a on coming van. they enquire as to what authority.
Wait for this 'Breach of the Peace'. A blatant piss take on common law.
The baby is crying. The sister and mother are trembling. His girlfriend is distraught at the thought of being arrested again.
He himself lives on borrowed time due to a genetic illness. He takes the threat to heart and comes out of the house as the Police order.

I'm really upset. Sorry. I'm really worried about him.
