Interesting.I just dont know if you can trust anything now though.Maybe they want us to THINK there is water up there.

They'll use any story, fact or fiction, to continue pursuing the militarization of 'space'.
(That's not to say all such research is for this purpose.)

Why shouldn't there be water on the moon?

When they say "significant" they don't mean lots.

There's water in many deserts on earth.
