I live in Boston. Last night I passed by a group of students in front of Boston University. They had their tents up and they planned on camping out in protest for climate change reform. They are attempting to prove a point. Good for them. Their goal is to get Kerry to pass some bill that they couldn't explain to me so we can "stop the carbon levels from rising".
They were so passionate and knowledgeable about it. They expressed how elite they are by rolling their eyes at me when I told them whatever the bill was it would cause the herd to be corralled closer together.
I am not armed with the proper knowledge to talk to these guys without sounding as dumb as them. Would anybody who is informed care to go with me to them on Thursday night with some prepared documents and make them question their motives, or make them angry with the truth?
This could be a good stepping stone for them into reality.
