this is a hilarious clip from judge judy. its a good example of how the court has to rely on using what you say against you. it even cracked me up that he took the glass of water with him at the end.

'I will not be appearing next month, you have no juristiction over me and should you attempt to coerce and force me to any shape or form I hold you personally liable upon your full commercial/personal liability.
Meaning if your insurance don't pay up I will go for you the woman for everything you have.
Well depends on how reasonable your fee schedule is.

Yeah that was cool, he yoinks the glass, it was the icing on the cake made me laugh, we get Judge Jewdy here every weekday and i have analyse a little how she spins her web of words and traps the 'victims' , the defendants DO usually dig their own grave so to speak and implicate themselves just by continuing to answer, or even speak, for that matter.
