Can anyone give me some help on eviction notice
i have been to court 3-4 times and the action against is stopped
but every few months the housing association comes back for more
now they want to remove my dad who is on high court bail on appeal
i got the rent paid full to date on june at local housing office as we're both
on benefit......
im not in good books with lawyers who have been doing nothing to help
i'll be representing myself this time as "no confidence in my own lawyer"
date with fate......15th dec 09..........had a run in with the sheriff officers as i knew the rent was being paid and told them they have "no grounds" as there should not be any rent arrears........they threw it on my hall like the bully bastards they display to a woman on her own........
its not in my name but my fathers who is lodging here for safety and i know a bit more law to protect him from their over the top investigations...........
too little too late i told the them we expect to be investigated before trial not after its all gone their way and prison time has been served already.......
im reaching the end of my tether its been on-going for 2 years now.......
