Help: Natural Alternatives for Dental Hygiene

Anyway, I am looking for natural teeth cleaning substances or anything healthy, and as natural as possible, that will help decrease the yellowing of my teeth.

I need this desperately! My teeth fell covered in plaque even after i brush, suggestions would be deeply appreciated :)

Baking soda, mixed into a paste with either a bit of water or hydrogen peroxide. Amazing, my teeth have never felt cleaner!!!
