Can anyone recommend any cheap, gelatin free vitamin D (the ones at holland and barrets contain gelatine) ?
25ug / 1000iu (or more than is) is the dose I'm after ideally!

i use holistic's vitamine D. its powder in capsules made of modified starch..
i hope you can get that brand where you live..as i can only find links in sweden..

try cod liver oil, apparently has 1350IU per tablespoon, tastes vile tho!:D

yes and in fact vitamin d should not be called a vitamin.
