This is a story I've pretty much kept to myself for a while because I didn't want people to ridicule me.

One night, I went over to visit my cousin and he had some mushrooms. We thought we had a great night ahead of us, and for the most part we did. There was one point where I was laying on the couch, and this "thing" appeared in a corner of the room. I was really kind of afraid and just stared at it.

It was not solid, but was translucent. It had some color, which I remember as being a darkish purple. It had very large red eyes which were slit from top to bottom and had spikes on its body. The nose was very tiny and the mouth was somewhat open all the the time allowing me to see the spiky teeth.

To my surprise, the thing made eye contact and started communicating with me telepathically. I heard no voice whatsoever, but I definitely understood what the thing wanted. It wanted me to think extremely negative thoughts. Almost instantly, many disgusting, grotesque images popped into my head like a rapid slide-show. I got the impression that this thing was feeding off my negative thoughts. This final bit really upset me, so I ran off and talked to my cousins roommate for a while.

I know this could easily be laughed off as a hallucination, but I've never experienced anything like this before or since.

This was a long time before I ever read anything about reptilians, but it seems very similar to other incidents I've since read about.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts.

You know what, this kind of reminds me of my very first mushroom trip which was a complete hellish disaster. Literally I just collaspsed and was flooded with negativity, feelin like I was about to be possessed or some shit... I reckon it was the company I was keeping aswell as a bit of a strong dose for a first go. But yeah, I guess that could be the case when it comes to rookies in the realm of hallucinagenics... You open up to access different levels of reality, but if you're not as centered as you ought to be, you can be feast upon by predatorial entities residing on planes just outside our frequency range.

Good story and maybe an important one to note too,'specially in this time of the veil between worlds getting thinner. thanx for sharing!

I've experienced similar, although there was no visuals, more like an emotional assault. What you've told is an interesting relay of an horrible experience. But I would say the story is somewhat diluted in the fact that you were smashed out of your skull on mushies, when you ARE susceptable to halucination. Enjoyed it though.

I always preferred Lsd to to shooms, although people usually say otherwise.

Perhaps its yourself materialising and dispelling some of your internal negative thoughts and feelings. On that basis, so long as you live a positive life, each hallucinogenic experience ought to be less negative and more positive than the previous.

You know what, you might be onto something there... alot unfolds out of us or unravels during a psychedelic episode, I guess that's why you're quite vunerable at parts. It certainly didn't put me off mushrooms or tripping, because after that release of negativity (I'm beginning to think that's partly what it was too) I felt quite blissful, was definately a life changing experience and the strongest trip to boot, like a lot of weight was lifted off me...

I can totally relate with that, back in the day I was a big user of LSD and found myself totally loving the experiences that came from it right from the very first trip, I kind of found myself hooked on the realities it showed me I just loved everything about it. Also I only ever had about 3 bad trips in over a few hundred LSD experiences, and that never put me off it as even when I could feel a bad trip coming on I was able to recover and turn the negativity into a good experience.

Getting back on track though let me tell you about a recent experience I had with Mushrooms, a few weeks ago a friend gave me a handful of Mushrooms say about 25-30 I wasn’t counting lol. First I tried getting myself in the right frame of mind for the experience ahead of me and once I felt comfortable enough in my mind and body I ate the mushies, the initial feeling was a tingly sensation all over my body which I likened to my earlier feeling of LSD just before you peak, but as it was well over 10 yr since my last LSD use it felt a bit weird. About 30 minutes had passed and I was feeling more and more light headed by the minute so I stood up and looked in the mirror and my pupils were huge and I thought to myself fuck this is going to be crazy. Another 30 minutes had passed and I was really feeling the effects of the psilocybin, I wouldn't say they were particularly trippy but I was seeing mild energy fluctuations around things and my vision went a bit hazy, so I laid down I put an animated movie on to try and get my head in a better place so to speak.

This is when the shit it the fan though all of a sudden my thought patterns seemed to have been interrupted and were flooded with negativity and it scared the shit out of me, this was worse than anything I had ever experienced with LSD when I was younger and back then I was taking up 7 LSD trips at a time so I had plenty of experience with hallucinogens. So I tried to relax and put on a cd but nothing I seemed to do changed the way I was feeling, and the negative thoughts that were bombarding my head were getting more and more intense by the minute until the point I actually was physically sick a few times, this really got me freaked out and I thought I was going to crack up I really did. The more I seemed to try and ignore what was happening or to try and recover my experience and change it into a positive one the worse it got. The only way I can describe it was there was a battle going on for my mind between positive and negative forces, every now and then when I closed my eyes I felt a loving warm sensation fully envelope my body and everything felt good and I could see lots of beautiful colours and patterns in my minds eye I felt safe and protected, but then if I opened my eyes bam everything turned dark and nasty and I could sense the atmosphere actually change and could also feel a change in the vibration around me.

That’s where I came to the conclusion that there actually was a battle going on for my mind or at least it felt that way at the time. It was like my own personal hell and it seemed to linger and I felt like I was going to be stuck in this experience for eternity, I actually took 4 sleeping pills to help knock me out in the end because I could no longer handle what was happening. The next day when I woke up and promised myself I would never take another hallucinogen again, as I would never want to have an experience like that again in this life time or any other life time for that matter lol.

After that experience I have been thinking about a few things in my head like when I was younger and into LSD in a big way, was the reason I never experienced anything as bad and as negative as that, because I didn’t know about the stuff we read an learn about on here and similar sites, and did I somehow manifest this negativity myself from the things I've researched.

I have a theory though as I have read and seen on a documentary that when in such an altered state of consciousness i.e. an hallucinogenic state, you are more open to negative entities ect which are able to manipulate you. Maybe it is because once in an altered state of consciousness your vibrational frequency changes and they are able to latch onto your auric field or something along those lines, I also think that during this time you are able to be guided by a positive higher power as well as being manipulated by the negative ones.

After hundreds of LSD trips and lots of other mind altering substances I have seen and experienced things not of this reality, which I honestly feel were a glimpse into other dimensions and realities and as some of these experiences were experienced at the exact same time as friends and family, I don’t think they were just hallucinations. I would only ever take mind altering substances now though if I was in the presence of a shaman as I believe these people really know what they are doing and know the dangers and ways to protect you and ward of negative entities ect, I don't know if it's because of all the changes going on around us that make it is easier for negaive entities to manipulate you but I don't want to take the chance of it ever happening again.

Sorry for the essay :D oh and the grammer too, School was never big on my agenda of things too do back when I was young ;)

That sounds like a very intense scary situation you had my friend, I have had hallucinations that felt so real but now knowing what we do about reality and everything being an illusion ect, I question myself as to the point of what if some of the things I seen and experienced during my altered states of consciouseness were real, and were glimpses into other dimensions and realities.

I once had an experience on LSD were I actually seen other versions of me, or at least entities that morphed into copies of me. It was very real and scary especially when they surrounded me and started to push me, I thought to myself shit I'm going to get done in by myself lol and did a runner.

Maybe what you seen was real and you tuned into another reality, and once you made eye contact with the entity it somehow tuned into your vibration and was able to sense you.

The only thing I would advise is be careful as I realy feel there are negative forces which can manipultae you and maybe even posess you when in an altered state of consciousness.

My message to everyone experimenting with Hallucinogens is be safe and be careful and know your limits, and may peace, love and the forces of good be with you and protect you :D

A student I once worked with said that there was a dark entity with glowing red eyes in the corner of her bedroom.

She was clearly disturbed by it and self-harmed really badly because she felt that the 'thing' wanted her to. I've never seen cutting like it. :(

That’s a sad story :( its shit how evil negative forces can stalk, manipulate and haunt us, I hope she is ok now and has found peace and strength to keep the entity from manifesting again. Maybe she was going through a negative time in her life and it was feeding off her negative energy, the Entity in question sounds like one of the shadow people. Heidi Hollis has a great book about the phenomenon called the secret war I read it and thought it was a very good book, also talks about the reptilians and greys too.

My cousin once had a dark entity possess him during an LSD experience, but his friends actually seen it too, he was banging himself off the fence and stuff and it left his body. I wasn't present but he said it really freaked him out and he also told me it was one of the beings we used to see when we took LSD together.

I have encountered a few times but didn't see the red eyes. A couple of my other friends have seen them with the red eyes, though. Their physical attack somewhat feels the same as sleep paralysis, no movement, can't scream for help.

I only done Shrooms once and didn't feel much, everything seemed more 3D, though, with thicker outlines than how we see things every day. A friend of mine seen a reptilian like being once. He said it was purple and crawling up the wall and kept showing it's teeth and smiling in a creepy way looking at him. He also said one of the shadow beings taught him how to write his name when he was a child, thought that was a bit weird.

IMHO this is the reason behind fairy tales and horror/splatter movies.
Once you're open to the possibility of *nasty* things and can visualize them,
then that is when *they* can make themselves known.

I've never had a bad trip (yet) but there are moments when literally your hair can stand on end and random negative images flash in to your head.

It is all in your head even though these *entities* are real.

What really pisses me off though, is where are the good-natured multi-dimensional beings... what the fuck are they waiting for?
