What's his legal appeal for?

apologies, I meant 'legal battle" to regain control of his books and works and keep them in circulation

Have his publishers taken control of the rights for his books?

I spoke with JP about it briefly when we all met up in avebury.... David is on top of it, but basically the guy is just digging his heels in at every possible opportunity and its taking ages to tie up....

These kinds of lawsuits can take some time. 10 years or more. Check again after 2012.

The reason is that lawyers are not very smart......."Let's see.......is this a crime or not?................I don't know..................let's think about it for another 5 years, shall we?"

your right they can drag on years, although I don't think it will take that long... its getting there..

The only reason the lawyer is taking so long is so he can collect any fees afterwards. The longer you have to use a lawyer, the more money he's gonna pay. Most likely, even if Mr. Icke heads up getting his books back, than the laywer will probably get like 80% of what Icke had just won.

there is lots of ways it can go, thankfully I think Icke is on top of it and will get his works back

......

That's right even if you win the case, you still have to pay huge fees.

Are you psychic?, will you do my birth chart?:)

Not psychic like some people, but my intuition tells me so. And it's right 99% of the time. :D

You'll have to speak to someone else about a birth chart! My knowledge on astrology isn't that good!

Guys, I am closing this thread as it is going nowhere and has all been discussed before.

Any updates that can be, will be posted on the main website. I am sure you all understand that David cannot discuss what is going on in a court case without jeopardising that case.
